PET CARE COORDINATOR



An innovative service and support person for our clients is our PET CARE COORDINATOR, a liaison with veterinary staff to ensure care, medications and treatments are understood and having the desired effect in helping your pet toward health and well-being. 

A day or so after your appointment, you can expect a call from a highly trained, experienced technician, inquiring how your pet is doing; asking specific questions relating to your pet's health situation and inquiring if you have any questions or concerns. 

Your reply is vitally important in helping us provide the best in veterinary care. If a message is left on your message center, please call back (817-281-1111) and let us know, or you may email:       
            
Please type PCC (for Pet Care Coordinator) and your pet's complete name (including your last name) in the subject line. 

In the body of the email, please let us know how your pet is doing; include your name
and best phone number and time if you desire a return call, or wish a follow-up appointment. 

  You can always email input or questions 24/7 or you can call our main number and leave a message or a request for an appointment.  Parkside Animal Hospital staff will respond to your call or email shortly after we open the next business day.  Should you have an emergency and your pet needs immediate care, the EMERGENCIES tab at left has helpful information including phone numbers and directions.

  We know you want the best possible care for your pet, and communication is part of the equation.   Our Pet Care Coordinator will facilitate helpful and reassuring communication between you and Parkside Animal Hospital veterinary staff.
