Kaye Wigginton, D.V.M.
Dr. Kaye Wigginton is originally from
Virginia and settled in Texas after graduating Ross School of Veterinary Medicine in 1992.
Opening her own hospital for the care of small companion animals was her overall goal, and opening Parkside Animal Hospital 10 years ago was the realization of that long time dream. Her centering principal is 'what is best for the patient'.
Dr.
Wigginton enjoys travel with her husband, John and
their two children. Their busy household includes St. Kitt's Island dogs
"Ting" and "Carib" and 2 tabbies "Chloe" and "Jet".
Rita Ruple, D.V.M.
Dr. Ruple grew up in Beaumont, TX, but has lived in Yambu, Saudi Arabia as a child and has traveled extensively including Jordan, Egypt, Hong Kong and various European countries. Dr. Ruple graduated from Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University in 2006 with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
While Dr. Ruple’s main practice is small animals, she has also worked with exotic hoofstock (such as deer). She enjoys fishing and computer games, horseback riding and photography! Dr. Ruple currently lives in Keller with her husband Clinton. They share their home with their 2 cats, Oscar and Mango and miniature dachshund, Duncan.
Sandy Krall, D.V.M.
Dr. Krall graduated from Trinity High School in Bedford and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1994 from Texas A&M. During her 15 years as a veterinarian, she has practiced both large and small animal medicine, but for the last 7 years has concentrated on small animal medicine and surgery. She has special interests in geriatrics, internal medicine and dentistry.
Dr. Krall resides in Decatur with 3 dogs, 3 cats and 3 horses. She enjoys running, traveling, horseback riding, and swimming.
Dr. Krall is available for appointments on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Exciting staff changes... we are pleased to welcome Dr. Deidra Blackmon to Parkside Animal Hospital.
Deidra Blackmon, D.V.M.
Dr. Blackmon was raised in Haltom City and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University in 2010. She has a special interest in small animal surgery.
Dr. Blackmon resides in Keller with her husband Mark and their three cats, Gator, Ira and Vivian; and 2 dogs, Twitch and Pittsley and a horse named Dunny. She enjoys live music, baseball, movies and horseback riding.
She is available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
