We have a great support staff here at Parkside Animal Hospital. They do their best for you and your pet every day.  As you get to know each member of our team we are confident that you will agree that our staff helps Parkside Animal Hospital stand out from other facilities.  

They treat your pets as if they were their own, giving them lots of attention and love.You'll feel the professionalism, compassion and understanding throughout your visit here.  

The first thing you see when you come into our Hospital is a bright and clean waiting area. Our receptionists are there to greet you and your pet. 


Receptionists:
A better title would be Hospital Coordinators, as they arrange the schedule, coordinate communication between the Doctors and other support staff making sure that your questions and concerns are addressed.  They make sure that your experience in our Hospital is a good one and strive to greet every client and pet with a smile so that you feel welcomed in our Hospital. 

    
 

Reception staff includes:Joanna, lead receptionist; Claudia, website & e-newsletter, Sue, Jane and Nancy, Admin. Asst.


Technicians:

Our Technicians assist the Doctors with your pet.  They are trained to hold and work with animals to help minimize both you and your pets stress.  They are 

skilled and knowledgeable in veterinary medicine.  

We are firm believers of client education. Our technicians can help you answer questions and pass on recommendations from the Doctor in order

to help give your pet the best care.

    

Technician staff includes: Jessica, lead tech; Kelly, assistant lead tech; Angie, RVT, Melissa, Ashley, Jamie, Kristin and Natalie.


Pet Care Coordinator:

A liaison with veterinary staff to ensure care, medications and treatment are understood and having the desired effect in helping your pet toward health and well-being. 

A day or so after your appointment, you can expect a call from this highly trained technician, inquiring how your pet is doing, and if you have any questions or concerns. 
If a message is left, please call back and let us know, or you may email: reception@parksideanimalhospital.com, and type PCC and your pet's complete name
(including your last name) in the subject line. In the body of the email, please let us know how your pet is doing; include your name and best phone number and time if you desire a return call, or wish a follow-up appointment.
